It all began 23 years ago. I never imagined my life would take such a significant turn. My dear father, my example and inspiration, always said, “Never give up. If you try and it doesn't work out, go back and try again.” He called me Tata and said I was like a locomotive. So, I decided to get on this train and started visualizing the crew and their positions: a good administrator to lead, my husband Almir Sobrinho; a visionary, my son Cally Sobrinho, the graphic designer; and my daughter Kellen Sobrinho, in communication.
But to fuel this locomotive, I needed something to alleviate the “disease of the century” and provide physical and emotional well-being. I thought, why not apply the knowledge I had already acquired? Everything started to come together with my father's illness, which propelled my decision. The only issue was that I had just one crew member ready—Almir—because the others were only 8 and 4 years old at the time.
Today, I can proudly say that the dream of getting the old locomotive running has become a reality. Our team is now complete, and it's time to work: DO GOOD, BE GOOD, EXCEED GOOD.
